Located in a magnificent 19th century winegrower's house, adjacent to the Hostellerie, our gastronomic restaurant Clos du Cèdre, recently awarded a Michelin star, welcomes you in a refined setting for an unforgettable experience.
Chef Jordan Billan and his passionate brigade offer, in a suite of characterful rooms with woodwork, moldings and period parquet floors or on the beautiful summer terrace in the heart of the park, an inventive and fragrant cuisine drawing its inspiration from the sources of the Burgundian soil. The menu, which honors local producers, evolves with the seasons and will allow you to discover the secrets of local gastronomy. Burgundy wines occupy a place of choice in our wine list, which includes more than 600 references.

Club leather armchairs, fireplace, antique library, scattered candles, silk curtains... A cosy and warm atmosphere awaits you in our lounge.
In autumn, you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee and homemade cakes in the afternoon, with a cognac or an old rum after dinner, facing the crackling fire. In fine weather, the place looks like a colonial house with its wooden blinds that define the living room and extend outside around the old fountain.
A magical and intimate place where you will also be offered a selection of wines and Champagne by the glass and original alcohols, cocktails with local or foreign accents concocted in front of you by our bartenders.

A perfect combination of delicacies, well-being and vitality, our breakfast, presented as a buffet, offers a very wide selection of regional products: pure Isigny butter pastries, a wide variety of breads and cereals, homemade jams, fresh and dried fruit, eggs, cheeses and delicatessen, fresh fruit juices, Nespresso coffees, a wide choice of Nunshen® teas and infusions. A selection of finger sandwiches and savoury pastries, home made Afternoon Tea pastries, freshly baked madeleines, whipped creamand a selection of homemade jams, caramel & chocolate sauce, organic seasonal fruit. your choice of teas from Nunshen Tea Collection or favourite coffee.
